Meet the Coaches

A Good Coach Will Help Her Athletes See What She Can Be.

OUR STORY

Every morning each of us gets up. We go for a run and then we dive into our day. Some of us work outside the home, some of us work from home, some of us have kids to take care of, husbands to love, and pets to attend to. We all have a lot on our plate, but we love what we do. We are women, we are nurturers.

It is an underlying fact that women need women. We need deep relationships with other women that we can relate with. For us, running has provided a platform for all of us to develop these deep relationships. It has connected each of us and provided that brief escape we all need from our busy, everyday lives. With all of this in mind, we wanted to create an experience where women of all levels of running ability could escape life's everyday demands, bond with other women, and spend time doing the things we love - running in beautiful places, talking about running, eating good food, learning in an atmosphere of encouragement, and relaxing in comfortable accommodations. And so with those goals in mind, an all women's running retreat was set in motion in 2016. Since all of us currently reside along the Wasatch front mountains, Snowbasin Ski Resort and Huntsville, UT, seemed like the perfect fit for the retreat back drop. Last year we had an amazing time in Park City, UT and we've once again worked hard to create an unforgettable running retreat experience at an affordable price. We hope you will join us on June 15-17, 2017, in Huntsville. We promise to bring you the best of everything. Get yourself there and we'll take care of the rest. We promise you won't leave disappointed.

Below you can learn a little more about each us that will be the retreat coaches. Although we all share a love for running, we come from a variety of ages, running abilities, backgrounds, and interests. We can pretty much guarantee that no matter what level of running you are at, there will be someone that can relate to you in some way and will have knowledge and experiences you can draw from over the course of the retreat.
