Taylor Ward

Taylor Ward - Olympic Trials Qualifier, Brooks Elite Sponsored Athlete

Taylor grew up in Utah and attended Weber State University. She is now a professional athlete sponsored by Brooks as part of their Elite Distance Team. She qualified for the 2016 Olympic Trials, won the 2016 Philadelphia Marathon in 2:36 and recently finished the Gasparilla Half Marathon in 1:14. Ya, she is legit!

Lindsey Anderson - Olympian, Collegiate Distance Coach

A former Weber State University All-American, Lindsey qualified for the Beijing Olympics in 2008 in the steeple chase event. She is now a wife and mother of two beautiful children and continues to share her running knowledge and amazing experiences as she coaches distance runners at the College of Southern Idaho.

Janae Richardson - Exercise Physiologist | Coach | Local Elite Runner

Janae Richardson has a master’s degree in Exercise Science from Utah State University and is a Certified Sports Nutritionist. She ran collegiately at Weber State University and continues to enjoy running competitively in road races (Recently finished the Chicago Marathon and Houston Marathon in 2:49). As a certified USATF coach she also enjoys coaching runners of all levels of ability. Janae and her husband Ken Co-founded
UtahRunning.com in 2009 and reside in Ogden, UT with their three children.

Tim Speicher - PhD | Athletic Trainer |
|Strength & Conditioning Specialist | Positional Release Therapist

Dr. Tim Speicher, PhD, ATC, LAT, CSCS, PRT is an Athletic Trainer (AT), Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and Certified Positional Release Therapist (PRT). He completed his B.S. at Towson University in 1995 and received his graduate training from Marshall University in 1998. In 2010, he completed his doctoral degree in Adult Learning from the University of Connecticut. Dr. Speicher has worked in a variety of clinical environments with various populations and age groups. These have included amateur, high school, collegiate, in and outpatient rehabilitation, industrial and Olympic settings. Dr. Speicher has gained a majority of his clinical experience with Division I athletics, including track and field and soccer. Most notably, he served as a Medical Supervisor for the 2002 Winter Olympic Games for Long Track Speed Skating. He is founder and owner of the Positional Release Therapy Institute, a company that provides positional release therapy and gait analysis for patients and instruction, training and certification in positional release therapy for health care practitioners. Dr. Speicher’s clinical expertise and research is in positional release therapy, therapeutic modalities, biomechanical or gait analysis, orthotic prescription and fabrication, pedagogy and transfer of learning. He has published and presented his work nationally and internationally. Dr. Speicher has been a competitive runner, collegiate athlete and is currently a competitive cyclist for a team in Utah. He enjoys skiing, mountaineering and rock and ice climbing in his free time.

Colleen Neider - Yoga Instructor | Competitive Triathlete |LMT

Colleen Neider, LMT, LPN, is a licensed massage therapist with 20 years of experience in the nursing field and during this time has also been a yoga and cycling instructor. She has worked in various medical settings including cardiology and family practice. She graduated from Myotherapy College of Utah and specializes in Positional Release Therapy, Medical-Therapeutic Massage and Thai Massage. Colleen has worked both as an administrative and clinical assistant at the Positional Release Therapy Institute and teaches various strength and conditioning classes at PRT-I, including the Run Strong Core ProgramTM. She is a competitive cyclist and triathlete, and enjoys spending time outdoors with her family.

Nate Graven - Sports Massage Therapist | LMT

Nate is a graduate of the Utah College of Massage Therapy (2000), where he also received advanced training and certifications in sports performance and clinical therapies. He has specific training in Structural Integration (Ida Rolf Method), Soft Tissue Release and Neuro-muscular therapy, body awareness and movement re-patterning for bio-mechanical advantage, and Isolated Stretch therapy. He attended Weber State University and currently works out of his own facility in South Ogden Utah - Graven Sports Therapy. He is an educator of sports massage and performance based body work modalities, developing outcome and evidence-based treatments to support athletes of all levels. He is also a researcher and is currently working with exercise physiologists and other health care professionals on the clinical benefits of myo-fascial organization thru manipulation.

Nate has professional experience in medical clinics, sports and university fitness/human performance centers, and works with teams and individual athletes (Olympic, Professional, Elite local), including being a member of the Athens 2004 Sports Massage Team at the summer Olympic games in Athens, Greece.

The local running community is the bulk of Nate’s private clientele and he has helped many athletes “P.R. on race day”, whether it is a local charity 5k or even performing pre-event work at the U.S. Olympic Trials.

He grew up in Ogden where he enjoyed playing sports in every season. He played team sports at Ben Lomond High school and continued on in competitive adult leagues. An injury while playing with a local semi-pro football team brought Nate to the therapy and support side of sports but also created an opportunity in a career he loves. Nate and his wife Lyndsay enjoy running and hiking. They live in Roy and chase their children Thea and Mason around for speed work.
