Day 1 | Thursday June 15th

6:30-7 pm Check in retreat participants, snacks to munch on

7:00-8 pm Welcome, Introduce Coaches, Participant Introductions

8:00 pm-? Free time – hot tub, movie, games, etc.

Day 2 | Friday June 16th

7:00-8:30 am Morning Run in Huntsville

8:30 am Breakfast 

9:15-10:45 Run Strong Core Program – Dr. Tim Speicher

11:00-12:15 Running Form Clinic with Golden Harper (Altra Running Shoes Co-Founder)

12:15-1:00 pm Break 

1:00 pm Lunch Served

1:15-2:15 pm Taylor Ward Presentation/UCAN Demo (Olympic Trials Qualifier, Professional Athlete)

2:30-3:30 pm Intuitive Eating – Julie Hansen (Sports Dietitian)

3:30-5:30 pm Free Time (running/hiking at Snowbasin, paddle board, yoga, biking, swimming)

5:30-7:30 pm Dinner at Carlos and Harleys (Eden, UT, Mexican Restaurant)

7:30-? Free Time – movies, games, hot tub

Day 3 | Saturday June 17th

7:00-10:00 am Trail Run Snowbasin

10:00-11:00 am Breakfast

11:00-12:00 pm Free time

12:00-1:00 pm Lindsey Anderson Presentation (Olympian 2008)

1:00-1:15 pm Lunch Served

1:15-2:15 pm Lunch and Sports Nutrition – Julie Hansen (Sports Dietitian)

2:30-3:30 pm (optional activity) Massage with Nate Graven Sports Therapy (30 min each participant)

2:30-4:30 pm Free time (swim, bike, hike, run, read), Pack, check out of condos

4:30-5:00 pm Group picture, survey, chat with evening speaker Marathon Olympian Jared Ward

5:00-6:00 pm Dinner and Speaker – Olympian Jared Ward; goodbyes
